East Carolina Defeats Tulane 34-13 - Recap
Dominique Davis sliced and diced the Green Wave defense for 329 yards as East Carolina handed Tulane a 34-13 defeat on Saturday at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium.

Torrance Hunt rushed for 56 yards, while Michael Dobson added 44 yards in the win. Reese Wiggins and Andrew Bodenheimer added 75 and 59 receiving yards respectively.
Orleans Darkwa rushed for 89 yards for Tulane, while Robert Kelley added 31 yards. Ryan Griffin threw for 132 yards for the Green Wave, while receivers Brent Comardelle and Wilson Van Hooser had 40 and 28 yards respectively.
Tulane was outgained by East Carolina 461-266 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 23-16 by the Pirates.
Tulane lost the time of possession battle 30:26/29:34, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
East Carolina heads into a Week 10 battle against Southern Miss. Tulane, meanwhile, will have their next action against Southern Methodist.
