Eagles soar over Buffalo

Anthony Sherrell rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns on Saturday to lead the Eastern Michigan Eagles to a 38-14 win over the Buffalo Bulls.

The Eagles were listed as 4.5-point favorites in this one and made good on covering the spread. The game’s combined 52 points went OVER the posted over/under (42).

Matt Bohnet completed 10-of-17 passes for 99 yards and threw a pair of touchdowns to Eric Deslauriers, who had 10 catches for 105 yards.

Drew Willy completed 18-of-30 passes for 186 yards, with two touchdowns and four interceptions. Jeff Green and Chad Upshaw had a touchdown catch each in the loss.
