Connecticut upset favored Southern Florida

The Connecticut Huskies moved to .500 this season with an upset win over the South Florida Bulls 15-10 Saturday at home.

The Bulls could not cover the spread of 7-points they had coming into the game. The combined score of 25 points fell well UNDER the posted total (46).

QB Matt Bonislawski went just 8-for-26 and 81 yards. The difference was the 166 yards rushing put up by the Huskies.

Pat Julmiste went 10-for-26 and had 167 yards passing, and managed only 88 yards rushing in the loss.
