Golden Bears topple Cougars, extend streak

The No. 10 California Golden Bears won their sixth straight game Saturday as they defeated the Washington State Cougars 21-3.

California covered the 9.5-point spread at Clarence Martin Stadium while the final score fell well UNDER the posted total (55).

Nate Longshore threw two TD passes, completing 12-of-22 for 111 yards and Marshawn Johnson rushed for 86 yards and a touchdown while catching three passes for 29 yards with a score.

Loren Langley kicked an early field-goal for the only points in the loss as the Cougars are 4-3 with the loss.
