UNLV Falls 44-26 to Wolf Pack - Recap
Vai Taua scampered through the UNLV defense for 188 yards as Nevada handed the Rebels a 44-26 defeat on Saturday at Sam Boyd Stadium.

Omar Clayton rushed for 48 yards for UNLV, while Channing Trotter added 19 yards. Omar Clayton threw for 214 yards for the Rebels, while receivers Phillip Payne and Michael Johnson had 170 and 27 yards respectively.
Nevada outgained UNLV 516-294 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 29-15 by the Wolf Pack.
The time of possession battle favored Nevada as their offense was on the field for 32:35, longer than the 27:25 of their opponents.
Next game, Nevada takes its act home to face San Jose State looking for another win. For UNLV, they head on the road to face West Virginia.
