Texas El Paso Falls 31-24 to Knights - Recap
Latavius Murray tore up the turf for 117 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Knights to a 31-24 win over the Miners at Sun Bowl.

Nathan Jeffery rushed for 174 yards for Texas El Paso, while Blaire Sullivan added 74 yards. Blaire Sullivan threw for 79 yards for the Miners, while receivers Jordan Leslie and Nathan Jeffery had 51 and 14 yards respectively.
Texas El Paso was outgained by Central Florida 402-346 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 20-17 by the Knights.
Texas El Paso led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:12/27:52 split in that important category.
Central Florida looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Tulsa. Texas El Paso will aim to get back on the winning track at Southern Miss.
