Air Force Defeats South Dakota 37-20 - Recap
The Falcons grabbed a Week 1 victory over the Coyotes on Saturday, winning 37-20 at Falcon Stadium.
Air Force did not, however, defeat the Coyotes against the spread, which closed at 34 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 53.5.

Chris Ganious rushed for 79 yards for South Dakota, while Dante Warren added 61 yards. Dante Warren threw for 184 yards for the Coyotes, while receivers Dustin Nowotny and Will Powell had 55 and 52 yards respectively.
South Dakota was outgained by Air Force 487-368 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 21-20 by the Falcons.
Air Force lost the time of possession battle 34:32/25:28, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Next game, Air Force takes its act home to face TCU looking for another win. For South Dakota, they head on the road to face Wisconsin.
