Pittsburgh Falls 21-10 to Yellow Jackets - Recap
Georgia Tech earned a 21-10 victory over Pittsburgh on Saturday in Week 10 action at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
The Yellow Jackets earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the 11.5-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 53.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.
Vad Lee completed 5 of 10 pass attempts for 84 yards for the Yellow Jackets in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.
Isaac Bennett rushed for 16 yards for Pittsburgh, while James Conner added 3 yards. Tom Savage threw for 233 yards for the Panthers, while receivers Tyler Boyd and Devin Street had 118 and 45 yards respectively.
Pittsburgh lost the offensive yardage battle to Georgia Tech 360-228 yards in Saturday's game. Georgia Tech had more first downs as that total ended up 19-16.
The time of possession battle favored Georgia Tech as their offense was on the field for 31:48, longer than the 28:12 of their opponents.
Next game, Georgia Tech takes its act on the road to face Clemson looking for another win. For Pittsburgh, they head home to face Notre Dame.
