Peterson lifts Vikings past Bears
Adrian Peterson ran for two touchdowns Monday night, helping the Minnesota Vikings to a 20-13 victory over the Chicago Bears at the Metrodome.
Minnesota failed to cover the 10.5-point spread, and the 33 points were UNDER the posted total of 43.5.
Peterson carried the ball 20 times and finished with 78 yards rushing, and Tarvaris Jackson completed 18-of-29 passes for 249 yards passing in the win.
Jason McKie ran for the lone Bears TD, while Robbie Gould booted two field goals in the loss.
