Colts win Super Bowl
Dominic Rhodes rushed for 113 yards on 21 carries with a touchdown, while Joseph Addai rushed for 77 yards on 19 carries as the Indianapolis Colts defeated the Chicago 29-17 to win Super Bowl XLI.
The Colts had been favored by 7-points in the game and were able to cover the spread. The combined score fell UNDER the posted over/under total (48).
Colts’ quarterback Peyton Manning completed 25-of-38 passes for 247 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Addai led the Colts with 10 receptions for 66 yards, while Reggie Wayne hauled in two passes, including a 53-touchdown catch.
Rex Grossman completed 20-of-28 passes for 165 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions. Thomas Jones rushed for 112 yards on 15 carries.
