Brady finished 39-of-53 for 378 yards with two TDs and an interception for the Patriots, while Randy Moss caught 12 balls for 141 yards for New England.
Trent Edwards was 15-of-25 for 212 yards with two touchdown strikes for Buffalo, which got 140 all-purpose yards and a score from Fred Jackson in the loss.
