Peyton Manning hit Reggie Wayne on a one-yard touchdown strike with less than a minute to go in the fourth quarter Sunday night, to give the Indianapolis Colts a 35-34 win over the New England Patriots.
The Colts were a 1.5-point favorite in the game, but were unable to cover the spread. The combined score went OVER the posted over/under total (48.5).
Manning passed for 327 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions, while Wayne caught 10 passes for 126 yards and two touchdowns.
Tom Brady threw for 366 yards with three touchdowns and an interception for New England, while Randy Moss had nine receptions for 179 yards and two TDs.
