Marshawn Lynch ran through the Tennessee defense for 2 TDs as Seattle handed the Titans a 20-13 defeat on Sunday at CenturyLink Field.
Seattle did not, however, defeat the Titans against the spread, which closed at 12 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 42.5.
Russell Wilson completed 23 of 31 pass attempts for 257 yards and 0 TDs for the Seahawks in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.
Chris Johnson rushed for 33 yards for Tennessee, while Ryan Fitzpatrick added 33 yards. Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 171 yards for the Titans, while receivers Kendall Wright and Delanie Walker had 69 and 29 yards respectively.
Tennessee lost the offensive yardage battle to Seattle 404-223 yards in Sunday's game. Seattle had more first downs as that total ended up 24-13.
The time of possession battle favored Seattle as their offense was on the field for 33:22, longer than the 26:38 of their opponents.
Next game, Seattle takes its act on the road to face Arizona looking for another win. For Tennessee, they head home to face San Francisco.
