Recap - Falcons Defeat Arizona 23-19
Matt Ryan's 301-yard performance through the air was the key in Atlanta's 23-19 win over Arizona on Sunday at Georgia Dome.
Atlanta won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the 9.5-point spread. The game went UNDER the consensus closing total of 43.5.
Michael Turner rushed for 46 yards, while Jacquizz Rodgers added 16 yards in the win. Roddy White and Harry Douglas added 123 and 48 receiving yards respectively.
LaRod Stephens-Howling rushed for 127 yards for Arizona, while William Powell added 10 yards. Ryan Lindley threw for 64 yards for the Cardinals, while receivers Early Doucet and Michael Floyd had 28 and 18 yards respectively.
Arizona lost the offensive yardage battle to Atlanta 354-178 yards in Sunday's game. Atlanta had more first downs as that total ended up 20-7.
The time of possession battle favored Atlanta as their offense was on the field for 32:41, longer than the 27:19 of their opponents.
Atlanta heads into a Week 12 battle against the Buccaneers. Arizona, meanwhile, will have their next action against St. Louis.
