Eli Manning completed 21-of-40 passes for 254 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions for New York, while Brandon Jacobs rushed for 67 yards on 21 carries with a touchdown. Plaxico Burress led the Giants with 11 receptions for 154 yards and Ahmad Bradshaw rushed for 63 yards on 16 carries with a touchdown.
Brett Favre completed 19-of-35 passes for 236 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions for Green Bay and Donald Driver caught five passes for 141 yards and a touchdown.
