Donald Driver was Favre's main target with nine catches for 160 yards and a major, while Ahman Green carried the ball 21 times for 77 yards and a score for the Packers.

Alex Smith was held to 201 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions on 12-for-29 passing, and Frank Gore gained 130 yards and a score in 19 rushing attempts for the 49ers.
