Troy Smith led the way with 356 passing yards on Sunday as the 49ers picked up a 23-20 victory over the Rams at Candlestick Park.

Steven Jackson rushed for 81 yards for St. Louis, while Danny Amendola added 12 yards. Sam Bradford threw for 251 yards for the Rams, while receivers Brandon Gibson and Steven Jackson had 72 and 67 yards respectively.
St. Louis was outgained by San Francisco 421-332 yards in Sunday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 22-19 by the Rams.
The time of possession battle favored St. Louis as their offense was on the field for 35:03, longer than the 30:18 of their opponents.
San Francisco looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Buccaneers. The Rams will aim to get back on the winning track vs Atlanta.
