Morrow lifts Stars past Rangers
Brendan Morrow scored the game-winning goal on a power play in the third period on Sunday, lifting the Dallas Stars to a 3-2 win over the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden.
Dallas won the game as +135 underdogs, and the five goals were a PUSH against the posted over/under (5).
Loui Eriksson also tallied on the power play, while Jussi Jokinen added the other goal for the Stars. Mike Smith was outstanding in net with 39 saves.
Jaromir Jagr and Brendan Shanahan scored the Ranger goals, and Henrik Lundqvist made allowed three goals on just 18 shots in the loss.
