New York Skates Past Ottawa 4-3 - Recap

Nathan Lawson stopped 28 of 31 Ottawa shots in the victory.

Ryan Shannon, Erik Karlsson, and Bobby Butler scored for the Senators, finding the net behind Nathan Lawson.

Brian Elliott stopped 25 of 28 shots for the Senators, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, New York went 0-for-4, while the Senators were 2-for-5 with the man advantage.

New York lost the shots on goal battle to Ottawa by a margin of 31-28.
