Recap - Rangers Defeat Tampa Bay 4-2

New York skated to a 4-2 victory over Tampa Bay on Saturday in NHL action at St. Pete Times Forum.

Mathieu Garon stopped 32 of 35 shots for the Lightning, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, New York went 0-for-2, while the Lightning were 0-for-1 with the man advantage.

New York outshot Tampa Bay 36-26 in the game.

Next game, New York takes its act home to face Toronto looking for another win. For Tampa Bay, they head on the road to face Ottawa.
