Ovechkin scores pair in win over Coyotes

Alexander Ovechkin continues to prove he�s the front-runner for the Calder trophy as he once again dazzled, scoring two goals and contributing an assist in a trouncing over the Phoenix Coyotes 6-1 Monday.

The Capitals won this game as + 190 underdogs on the road. The seven goals just went OVER the posted over/under (6.5).

Ben Clymer and Matt Bradley each had a goal and an assist, while Dainius Zubrus and Brian Sutherby scored the other Caps goals. Brooks Laich and Brian Willsie each collected two assists in the win.

Shane Doan scored the lone goal against the Capitals. The Coyotes are coming off a tough win Saturday night in Toronto and seemed to have run out of gas for this early week game.
