Ottawa Falls 6-2 to Penguins - Recap

The battle between the Penguins and Senators didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Ottawa was handed a 6-2 defeat on Friday at Consol Energy Centre.

Milan Michalek and Kyle Turris scored for the Senators, finding the net behind Tomas Vokoun.

Craig Anderson stopped 27 of 33 shots for the Senators, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

Pittsburgh scored 1 time on 4 chances on the power play, while Ottawa went 0-for-5 with the man advantage.

Ottawa lost the shots on goal battle to Pittsburgh by a margin of 33-31.
