The strange trend of the New England Patriots failing to cover NFL point spreads at home in the month of November continued two weeks as they lost to the Giants.
This time, it's the Kansas City Chiefs visiting Foxboro on Monday Night Football with the odds stacked high against KC. And they will look to continue a 2-11 ATS run for the Pats at home in November. [ See dozens of Tom Brady and New England Patriots Monday Night props at bottom of this article ]

Without question, the biggest disappointment of the 2011 NFL season has been the Philadelphia Eagles. Thought to be a Super Bowl favorite in the preseason, the Eagles are 3-6 so far and if they miss the playoffs, someone will have to be held accountable.
Here’s a look at some prop bets over at Bovada looking at the Philadelphia situation as well as some other hot button issues in NFL betting this week.

After a shocking 12-2 ATS run in its first week picking NFL winners, our computer fell to 9-7 ATS last week.
But where it dominated on point spreads two weeks ago, last week it dominated over unders, making 13 correct picks and only 3 wrong ones (and two games was missed by a half point and another by 2 points or it would have been a perfect 16-0 sweep!)
In Week 11, the computer has the Packers moving to 10-0 and covering the spread easily against Tampa Bay and sees favorites going 8-6 on the week (remember that bye weeks return for a final time this week).

As the field general and leader of the offense, the quarterback position is arguably the most important in all of football. This makes major injuries at the quarterback position particular difficult to overcome, and there were two such injuries in last week’s NFL action.

With only seven weeks left in the regular season, wild card and divisional battles are really starting to heat up. One important matchup out in the NFC East this week features the Philadelphia Eagles visiting the New York Giants.
Both teams are coming off of a loss, which brought the Giants to 6-3 and Philadelphia to 3-6. New York needs a win to hold on to its lead over Dallas in the division; Philadelphia essentially needs to win out at this point to make the playoffs. New York is a 3.0-point favorite at TopBet.
