Falcons vs Panthers Betting Prediction

The Carolina Panthers hope to break out of their slump against the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday when they face the Falcons at the Georgia Dome.

Carolina is just 1-6 both SU and ATS in its last six games against Atlanta with four straight losses. Atlanta is also a perfect 3-0 SU and ATS on the young season.

The Falcons were 7.5-point home favorites at TopBet and own a 10-3-1 ATS mark in their past 14 home games vs Carolina.

Seahawks vs Packers Betting Report

If you are looking for some trends-based reasons on why you should bet the Seattle Seahawks on the NFL moneyline this week, consider the following.

The Green Bay Packers try to maintain their recent status as road warriors when they visit the Seattle Seahawks at CenturyLink Field, but their Monday Night Football record lately has been poor (2-5-1 ATS past 8 times on MNF).

Consider as well the fact that Seattle is 4-0-1 ATS in their last five Monday Nighters and that in three of those games, they pitched shutouts, outscoring their opposition 146-37. [ Best Seattle underdog line was +3.5 at Bovada earlier in the week ]

And consider Seattle's recent home mark in September (14-3-1 ATS after their upset win over Dallas a week ago) and their mark as home underdog (8-1 ATS past 9).

Indeed, the Packers are 10-1 SU and 7-4 ATS in their last 11 games on the road and have enjoyed recent success against Seattle with a 7-2 SU and 5-2-2 ATS record in their last nine meetings.

Patriots Rare Underdogs vs Ravens

The New England Patriots hope to continue their dominance over the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday night in a rare situation where are not the favorite.

New England is 8-1 SU in its last nine games against the Ravens and this marks just the seventh time since 2008 that the Patriots are underdogs. They are 5-1 ATS in those games and 10-3 ATS in 13 games dating back to 2005 as a dog.

Baltimore will be looking to avenge its loss to New England from last year's AFC Championship Game.

Broncos vs Texans Wagering Pick

Matt Schaub will try to lead the Houston Texans to a 3-0 record Sunday when the Texans visit the Denver Broncos at Mile High.

In Houston's last 13 games with Schaub under center, the Texans are 10-3 SU and ATS. The Denver Broncos are 2-1 SU and ATS all-time against Houston, with the home team winning and covering each time [ Get line updates and injury reports on Twitter ]

But while the Broncos are on a short week (after losing MNF), they face a team that was elevated to No. 2 on the Super Bowl futures list at Bovada this week. And Houston owns a 6-1 ATS road mark recently along with an 11-3 ATS record in their past 14 games as a favorite.

Vikings 49ers Week 3 Betting

The San Francisco 49ers are 7-2 SU in their last nine games on the road, and they'll look to make it 8-2 with a win this week at the Metrodome against the Minnesota Vikings.

Minnesota is 2-8 SU in its last 10 games overall. The 49ers are just 1-4 ATS in their last five games on the road, but Minnesota is 0-5 ATS in its last five games at home. The Vikings are a 7-point home underdog at Bovada but have dominated the 49ers at home over the years (7-1 ATS past 8 meetings here).

Eagles vs Cardinals Betting Pick

If past games between these two teams are any indication, you can expect plenty of offense Sunday when the Philadelphia Eagles visit that Arizona Cardinals at the University of Phoenix Stadium.

The OVER is 8-2-1 over the last 11 meetings between Philadelphia and Arizona, with the Eagles 7-4 ATS over those 11 games.

And the Cardinals, who will start former Eagle QB Kevin Kolb against his old team, have performed very well as an underdog lately, winning outright in five of their last six games.

The Eagles were listed as a 4-point road favorite and the total is set at 43.5 at 5Dimes, but those numbers neglect the fact Arizona has now won nine of 11 games overall and is 8-3 ATS in their past 11 home games.

Chargers vs Falcons Betting Preview

The San Diego Chargers will be looking for their first win against the Atlanta Falcons since 1988 this Sunday at Qualcomm Stadium.

These two teams don't meet often, but in all five of their meetings since 1991 (most recently in 2008), Atlanta is 5-0 SU and 3-2 ATS. Each of the last six meetings between these two teams has gone UNDER the total.
But check out the Falcons' record as a road underdog lately. They are just 1-4 ATS in five games in this situation and they face an underrated San Diego team.
