The Eagles’ starters are expected to play as much as three quarters in tonight’s Week 2 preseason game at New England. Bill Belichick hasn’t been as forthcoming with his plans for the Patriots’ first unit, but don’t be surprised if Tom Brady plays through the first half.

NFC East Odds: 2012 Preview

The Philadelphia Eagles were supposed to roll through the NFC East on the way to the Super Bowl last season. Instead they didn't even make the playoffs, leaving holes in wallets around America. Worse yet, they watched the hated New Yorks Giants make a miraculous run to a championship.

When you think of the most likely NFL teams to play OVER the total, you usually think of high-powered quarterbacks.

Indeed, the New England Patriots - with that Tom Brady fellow – have been the best NFL OVER team of the past six seasons at a 59-46-2 clip. Drew Brees has guided the Saints to 58 OVERs and Aaron Rodgers – and his predecessor Brett Favre – has helped the Packers play OVER 57 times.

Browns at Packers Betting Preview

Two banged-up clubs square off in Week 2 of the preseason on Thursday night (8:00pm ET), as the Packers host the Browns.

Bengals at Falcons Betting Preview

Atlanta coach Mike Smith made it clear that he was not happy with the Falcons’ performance in a 31-14 Week 1 loss to Baltimore. He’s suggested players pick up the intensity on Thursday night (8:00pm ET) against the Bengals.

NFC North Odds: 2012 Preview

The Green Bay Packers lost only one game in the regular season last year, but fell short in the playoffs. Winning the NFC North looks like a sure thing for the Packers, who are huge favorites on the futures.

The Packers ran away with the NFC North last season and they're a 4/9 favorite at Bovada to repeat as champs. Offensively the Packers are a force behind quarterback Aaron Rodgers. He has a ton of standout receiving options, including Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson and Jermichael Finley.

AFC East Odds: 2012 Preview

Two high profile names joined the AFC East in the offseason and neither landed in New England, but the Patriots remain big favorites to capture another division title this season.

The Patriots have won the AFC East the last three seasons and eight of the last nine. They'll enter the new season as a 3/10 division favorite. The Patriots bolstered an already strong receiving corps by adding veteran wideout Brandon Lloyd to a group that includes Wes Welker, Deion Branch, Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez.

AFC South Odds: 2012 Preview

The AFC South division looks like it's the Houston Texans to lose as they enter the season as major division favorites. The Texans claimed their first division title in franchise history a year ago and a repeat is close to a lock according to the oddsmakers, who have listed Houston as a 1/5 divisional favorite.

The Houston offense is led by the three-headed monster of Matt Schaub, Arian Foster and Andre Johnson.
