Rousey Huge UFC 195 Favorite vs Holm

Ronda Rousey opened as a huge betting favorite against Holly Holm at the online sportsbooks for their matchup at UFC 195 in Las Vegas on January 2, with the women's Bantamweight champion looking to continue her undefeated UFC run.

Rousey, who is 12-0 in her professional MMA career and 6-0 in UFC fights, was set as a -1000 favorite on the opening UFC 195 odds at Bovada, with that fight announced on Friday and scheduled to take place in the new year at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.


5Dimes: Better Underdog Odds on Holm

When the Ronda Rousey vs Holly Holm matchup was announced for UFC 195 on Friday veteran UFC observers figured Holm would be a 6-1 or 7-1 underdog at the online sportsbooks.

Conor McGregor will finally have his Featherweight showdown with Jose Aldo, and expect the online sportsbooks to be siding with the interim champion over the returning champion when the two fighters meet in the Octagon at UFC 194 in Las Vegas on December 12.

The title unification bout will mark Aldo's first appearance in the Octagon since UFC 179 in October 2014 when he beat Chad Mendes by unanimous decision. Aldo was then scheduled to face McGregor at UFC 189 in Las Vegas back in July, but he pulled out of that bout with a rib injury.
