Jones vs. Gustafsson Rematch Odds

There is no venue, there is no date, there is not even any confirmation that the fight will happen.

But the rematch of Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson already has odds and the champion Jones is favored again, according to one online sportsbook.

The line opened Tuesday at Bovada with Jones a -450 favorite and Gustafsson +325 as the underdog. The first scrap, at UFC 165 in Toronto, was an instant classic and praised as the greatest light heavyweight fight of all time.

UFC 165: Jones vs. Gustafsson Odds

A Light Heavyweight title fight will headline UFC 165 on September 21 and the sportsbooks are already offering UFC odds on all five of the main card fights.

In the main event Jon Jones is the heavy chalk in the sixth defense of his UFC Light Heavyweight championship. The latest challenger is No. 1 contender Alexander Gustafsson, who will hope to pose a new puzzle for the champ to solve with his elite striking skills and equally tall frame.

UFC 165 Props: Jones vs Gustafsson

Both champions are favored to win and to finish their opponents as betting props for UFC 165 start filling sportsbooks menus.

UFC 165 Jones vs Gustafsson is headlined by the light heavyweight championship and Jon Jones is a whopping -800 favorite. Bantamweight champ Renan Barao is also a big favorite in Toronto.

And the props also stack the odds high against the challengers, according to Bovada. Jones is -260 to finish the fight, while a decision victory for Bones Jones would pay as a 3/1 upset.

UFC Betting: Condit vs. Kampmann Odds

Carlos Condit opened as a -210 favorite when his UFC Fight Night 27 battle with Martin Kampmann was announced, but he has been bet all the way to -270. It means plenty of money has been bet on The Natural Born Killer to defeat Denmark's Hitman.

"We opened on July 7 at -210/+170 and now its -270/+210 with 70 per cent of the money on Condit," said Kevin Bradley of Bovada.
