Jones Odds Off: Cormier Johnson Opens

Jon Jones’ latest brush with trouble has earned him a UFC suspension and he is now off the May 23 UFC 187 card.

Instead, Anthony Johnson will battle Daniel Cormier for the Light Heavyweight belt vacated by Jones after he was charged in a New Mexico hit-and-run accident that injured a woman.

And surprisingly, Cormier opened as a solid -150 favorite at Bovada this morning. Johnson was priced at +120 (meaning a $100 wager would pay out a $120 profit).

UFC 186 Betting: Johnson vs. Horiguchi

One of the most dominant fighters in the sport will take to the Octagon this weekend as UFC Flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson puts his title on the line against top-ranked Kyoji Horiguchi.

UFC 186 will also feature an important matchup in the Middleweight division, as well as an appearance from women’s 135-pounders when Sarah Kaufman and Alexis Davis battle for the second time.

UFC Fight Night: Machida vs. Rockhold

Middleweights will be the theme of UFC on Fox 15 when three of the best in the division compete for a chance to fight for the gold later in the year.

Headlining the event will be two former champions in Lyoto Machida and Luke Rockhold, while Ronaldo Souza will battle a replacement fighter as a heavy favorite.

UFC Fight Night: Gonzaga vs. Cro Cop

UFC Fight Night: Mendes vs. Lamas Odds

Headlining the UFC Fight Night 63 card on April 4 will be a No.1 Featherweight contender matchup between Chad Mendes and Ricardo Lamas.

Current moneyline action has Mendes handicapped as the -440 favorite at 5Dimes, while Lamas underdog action will have a +350 payday. UFC prop odds offer a couple of options; we like the Mendes wins inside the distance at +140 and fight doesn’t go to a decision at -110.

UFC Fight Night: Maia vs. Laflare Odds

UFC Fight Night 62 is geared up for this weekend and sportsbooks have moneyline and prop bet options available on all twelve fights. MMA betting odds start with the main event between Demian Maia and Ryan LaFlare and offer lots of different props to choose from.

UFC 185 Betting: Pettis faces Dos Anjos

The UFC 185 main event on March 14 offers up a matchup between Lightweight division champion Anthony Pettis and No. 1 contender Rafael dos Anjos.

Pettis has been a wrecking machine since winning the Lightweight title and we expect that trend to continue at UFC 185. Currently MMA odds at online sportsbook 5Dimes have Pettis handicapped as the -440 favorite, while a dos Anjos win would pay +350 on the UFC betting lines.

UFC Prop: Rousey to face male opponent?

UFC women’s bantamweight champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey has been taken past the first round by only one opponent over her short yet extremely successful MMA career, bitter rival Miesha Tate.

League:

UFC 184 Betting: Rousey vs. Zingano

Ronda Rousey will be looking to stretch her unbeaten streak to 11 fights and pay off as a huge favorite on the UFC betting lines when she takes on Cat Zingano at UFC 184 this weekend. The card will also feature the woman who is being groomed to be next in line to challenge Rousey, as former boxer Holly Holm makes her Octagon debut.

UFC Fight Night: Bigfoot vs. Mir Odds

UFC odds action returns this weekend with a full UFC Fight Night card out of Brazil. Headlining the event will be a Heavyweight bout between former UFC Heavyweight champion Frank Mir and former EliteXC Heavyweight champion Antonio Silva.

Both fighters have a losing record over the last couple of years and will need an impressive win to remain in the UFC Heavyweight picture. Mir is currently the +245 underdog to win while action on Silva to win comes with a -290 UFC Fight Night odds price at 5Dimes.
