MMA Betting Odds: UFC 147 Preview

MMA betting fans will be treated to two events this weekend, including a UFC 147 pay-per-view card on Saturday.

In the headliner of UFC 147 two former champions will battle for the second time when Wanderlei Silva fights in his native Brazil against former UFC Middleweight champion Rich Franklin. UFC odds on this fight are closely handicapped despite Franklin winning via unanimous decision last time.

UFC on FX Odds: Maynard vs Guida

UFC odds are already available for three bouts on the upcoming UFC on FX: Maynard vs. Guida fight card on June 22, and so far we have seen lots of movement in the lines for the main event.

When action was first offered on the Maynard vs. Guida fight the lines had Maynard as a -280 favorite. That line has moved as high as -425, and now currently sits at -330 at 5Dimes in favor of Maynard.

Guida will likely have difficulty out-wrestling Maynard and will need to out-strike his opponent to win.

MMA Odds: Johnson vs. McCall

The UFC returns to FX this weekend with a four-fight main card. MMA betting action is already available on the UFC on FX main card fights, and three of them are closely handicapped.

The headliner on the fight card is a rematch between Demetrious Johnson and Ian McCall. The first fight was judged a draw, so the lines reflect that this time around. Johnson is once again a favorite to win, but at 5Dimes that will only cost -145.

Ultimate Fighter UFC Betting Odds

MMA betting fans will be treated to a Friday night of action when The Ultimate Fighter Live Finale hits the airwaves. Action is already available on two fights, with the remainder of the card’s lines to follow throughout the week.

The main event of The Ultimate Fighter Live fight card is a closely-handicapped matchup between two of the top Welterweight fighters in the division. Rapidly rising star Jake Ellenberger will look to solidify his future shot at the Welterweight title with a win over the very tough Martin Kampmann.

UFC 146 Odds: Dos Santos vs Mir

Heavyweights take the stage on the UFC 146 odds with five main-card fights, including a main event for the UFC Heavyweight championship between Junior dos Santos and former two-time champ Frank Mir.

Mir gets a shot at the UFC Heavyweight title as a replacement for Alistair Overeem, who was suspended for testing positive for elevated testosterone levels. Mir is currently a big +425 underdog at 5Dimes and will likely need to get the fight to the ground and find a way to submit his jiu-jitsu black belt opponent in order to become a three-time champ.

Bellator 70 Betting Odds Preview

The first-ever Bellator Heavyweight champion Cole Konrad will finally defend his title this weekend at Bellator 70, and the sportsbooks have the NCAA wrestling champ as a huge favorite to defend his title.

Also on the fight card will be the Bellator Lightweight tournament final between Rick Hawn and Brent Weedman, and a semi-final Bantamweight tournament fight between Hiroshi Nakamura and Luis Nogueira.

Strikeforce Odds: Barnett vs. Cormier

MMA betting fans will finally get to see the finals of the Strikeforce Grand Prix tournament this weekend when former UFC Heavyweight champion Josh Barnett faces undefeated Daniel Cormier for the trophy and a likely invite into the UFC Heavyweight ranks.

Action is also available on the co-main event rematch between Strikeforce Lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez and Josh Thomson. Thomson is looking to take back the title he lost to Melendez in 2009.

Bellator 69 Betting Odds Preview

The Bellator Season 6 Middleweight tournament will come to a conclusion on Friday night when Maiquel Falcao and Andreas Spang battle in the finals for a chance to fight for the vacant Bellator Middleweight title later this year.

Also on the Bellator 69 main fight card will be a Welterweight tournament semifinal between Karl Amoussou and David Rickels, as well as a 115-pound female super-fight between the top two fighters in the weight class, Megumi Fujii and Jessica Aguilar.

UFC on FX Odds: Jung vs Poirier

On May 15 MMA betting fans will get another free UFC fight card, and sportsbooks are already offering action on two of the UFC on Fuel TV bouts.

The main event will feature one of the top Featherweight prospects as Dustin Poirier returns to the Octagon riding a five-fight win streak.

Bellator 68 Betting Odds Preview

Bellator Season 6 tournament action is back this weekend with Featherweight and Bantamweight tournament fights at Bellator 68 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The Featherweight tournament final between Marlon Sandro and Daniel Straus is handicapped very close - Sandro gets the slight nod at 5Dimes as the -150 favorite, while Straus will pay +120 for the upset.
