Sprint Cup Betting: Pennsylvania 400

Jimmie Johnson won twice at Pocono Raceway back in 2004, and he'll be looking to get back to Victory Lane at that track this weekend as the NASCAR betting favorite in the Pennsylvania 400.

Johnson is listed as the +600 favorite by the oddsmakers at TopBet to take the checkered flag in the Pennsylvania 400 on Sunday, putting him just ahead of the +700 Denny Hamlin and the +800 Kyle Busch for the race.

NASCAR: Brickyard Betting Preview

The Sprint Cup Series returns to the track for NASCAR bettors on Sunday afternoon as the drivers compete in the Curtiss Shaver 400 at the Brickyard at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Last year - when the race was still called the Brickyard 400 - Paul Menard defied the NASCAR odds and picked up his first Series victory at the event. Jeff Gordon and Regan Smith followed Menard across the finish line that day at Indianapolis.

NASCAR Odds: LENOX Industrial Tools 301

Jimmie Johnson will be looking to take the checkered flag at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sunday afternoon as the race favorite at the sportsbooks for the LENOX Industrial Tools 301.

Johnson last paid off on the NASCAR odds with a visit to Victory Lane at New Hampshire Motor Speedway two years ago, when he won the 2010 LENOX Industrial Tools 301. He's at +500 on the betting lines at TopBet to win the race on Sunday.

Johnson is listed as the +500 favorite on the Quaker State 400 odds at TopBet, with Busch just behind him on that list at +700. Busch, however, is the defending champion at the event, winning the inaugural Sprint Cup Series race at Kentucky in 2011. Johnson finished third at that race.

Marcos Ambrose will be looking to finally pay off on the NASCAR odds at Sonoma on Sunday afternoon as he competes against the Sprint Cup Series field at the 2012 Toyota/Save Mart 350.

Ambrose finished third on the road course at Sonoma in 2009, sixth in 2010, and fifth in 2011, but he's still searching for his first victory in the Toyota/Save Mart 350 this week.

NASCAR Odds: Quicken Loans 400

Joey Logano will be looking to win at long odds on Sunday afternoon as the Sprint Cup Series races at Michigan International Speedway in the Quicken Loans 400.

Hamlin, Johnson lead Pocono 400 odds

With six combined Sprint Cup wins at Pocono on their resumes Denny Hamlin and Jimmie Johnson are the co-favorites at the sportsbooks to win the Pocono 400 on Sunday afternoon.

Hamlin, who has won four times at Pocono in the past, and Johnson, a two-time winner at the venue in Cup events, are both listed at +400 on the NASCAR odds at TopBet to get the win this week.

Those two drivers are then followed by each of Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, and Kyle Busch on the list at +800 to take the checkered flag in Sunday's race at Pocono Raceway.

Johnson sits in fifth place in the current Sprint Cup Series standings, behind Greg Biffle, Matt Kenseth, Denny Hamlin, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. However, he's won six Cup races at Dover in his career, including three victories over the past three seasons on the track.

Coca-Cola 600 Betting Preview

After running in the All-Star Race last weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Jimmie Johnson and the rest of the NASCAR drivers are set to tear up the same track this Sunday as they chase down the checkered flag at the Coca-Cola 600.

Johnson has yet to claim a Sprint Cup event this season, but observers believe the All-Star Race winner has turned the corner and is ready to go after the Chase title after his five-year reign ended last season. He is a three-time champ at the Coca-Cola 600, but it has been six years since he’s won the race.
