Minnesota Vikings vs Atlanta Falcons Odds

The Minnesota Vikings try to salvage something of the 2011 season by visiting the Falcons in Week 12 NFL betting action and it's a place where they have won in the past.

The Vikes have won four of five trips to Georgia since 1991, but lost their last time in 2005. Atlanta meanwhile continues to be a solid UNDER bet at home (7-2 past 9 at Georgia Dome).

The Vikings have struggled as an underdog, going 2-14 SU their past 16 times in that situation.

Pats vs Chiefs in MNF Betting

The strange trend of the New England Patriots failing to cover NFL point spreads at home in the month of November continued two weeks as they lost to the Giants.

This time, it's the Kansas City Chiefs visiting Foxboro on Monday Night Football with the odds stacked high against KC. And they will look to continue a 2-11 ATS run for the Pats at home in November. [ See dozens of Tom Brady and New England Patriots Monday Night props at bottom of this article ]

Giants Eagles Odds Preview

The Philadelphia Eagles can't win at home but they remain a dangerous road foe and the New York Giants are about to find out in Week 11 odds action Sunday.

Both teams come off disheartening losses but the trends favor the Eagles in this NFC East clash. Philly is 6-1 SU and ATS vs the Giants in recent seasons, but that one loss happpened in Week 3.

The Eagles are 7-2 ATS past 9 visits to the Giants and 6-2 ATS past 8 games within the NFC East but will play without Michael Vick and Jeremy Maclin against their hated foes.

NFL Props: Eagles Keep Struggling

Without question, the biggest disappointment of the 2011 NFL season has been the Philadelphia Eagles. Thought to be a Super Bowl favorite in the preseason, the Eagles are 3-6 so far and if they miss the playoffs, someone will have to be held accountable.

Here’s a look at some prop bets over at Bovada looking at the Philadelphia situation as well as some other hot button issues in NFL betting this week.

Sunday Setup: NFL Week 11

The playoff race in the AFC is wide open at this point, which makes injuries to star players on the Baltimore Ravens and Oakland Raiders even more critical.

Here’s a look at those injury updates as well as some NFL trends and insights to look at on this week’s NFL betting card.

Line Moves: NFL Week 11

For the second straight week there weren’t too many major line movements around the NFL. Only five games had a line movement of a full point or more in NFL betting.

Here’s a look at the games with the biggest NFL line movements of Week 11.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Green Bay Packers (from -13.0 to -14.5 at Bovada)

Jets Broncos Odds: Thursday NFL

If you have been an NFL bettor profiting from betting OVER in every New York Jets road game and betting OVER in every Denver Broncos home game, you only have to focus on one bet in Week 11.

The Jets visit the Broncos Thursday night and the trend will be OVER the total again. The Jets are 14-2 past 16 road games favoring the OVER while the OVER is 12-2 in Denver's past 14 games at home.

The Broncos come off a win but have struggled against the spread at home, going just 3-8 ATS in their past 11 in Denver.

Week 11 NFL Computer Picks

After a shocking 12-2 ATS run in its first week picking NFL winners, our computer fell to 9-7 ATS last week.

But where it dominated on point spreads two weeks ago, last week it dominated over unders, making 13 correct picks and only 3 wrong ones (and two games was missed by a half point and another by 2 points or it would have been a perfect 16-0 sweep!)

In Week 11, the computer has the Packers moving to 10-0 and covering the spread easily against Tampa Bay and sees favorites going 8-6 on the week (remember that bye weeks return for a final time this week).

NFL Injuries: Bad Week For QBs

As the field general and leader of the offense, the quarterback position is arguably the most important in all of football. This makes major injuries at the quarterback position particular difficult to overcome, and there were two such injuries in last week’s NFL action.

Eagles Giants Week 11 Opening Odds

With only seven weeks left in the regular season, wild card and divisional battles are really starting to heat up. One important matchup out in the NFC East this week features the Philadelphia Eagles visiting the New York Giants.

Both teams are coming off of a loss, which brought the Giants to 6-3 and Philadelphia to 3-6. New York needs a win to hold on to its lead over Dallas in the division; Philadelphia essentially needs to win out at this point to make the playoffs. New York is a 3.0-point favorite at TopBet.
