In a big game in the American Athletic Conference the defending league champion Central Florida Knights hit the road for a Thursday night national TV game at one of the contenders for their crown, the Houston Cougars. UCF is just 1-2 both SU and ATS this season, but those two losses came against two decent teams in Penn State and Missouri. Houston, meanwhile, is 2-2 both SU and ATS, including a loss but a back-door cover at BYU.
In their first meeting as conference rivals last year the Knights beat the Cougars in Orlando 19-14, but Houston cashed in as a 13-point dog.
The Central Florida Knights will look to cover ATS vs their hosts on Thursday, as they are 1-2 ATS versus the spread this season, while the Houston Cougars are 2-2 ATS. Central Florida is 1-2 against the over under total, while Houston is 0-4 versus the number.
