The Washington Wizards were thoroughly outmatched through the first two games of their second-round playoff series with the Boston Celtics but bounced back in a big way at home in Game 3. With Game 4 set for Sunday, sportsbooks opened the Wiz as 4.5-point favorites with a total of 215.

Favored Cavs Can Close the Book on Raps Sunday

This series has really not gone according to plan for the Toronto Raptors. They’re one loss away from being ousted from the NBA playoffs and they’ve barely even been competitive. Yes, they stayed close to the Cavs for the first three quarters on Friday but they wound up losing by 21 points and even Toronto’s own Drake has jumped off the bandwagon. The Dinos will look to stave off elimination as underdogs in Game 4 but if past results have any bearing on what’s to come – I wouldn’t hold out too much hope.

Are the Jazz Worth a Look as Home Underdogs?

The Golden State Warriors have completely outmatched the Utah Jazz through two games of their second-round series which has led many pundits to question if the Dubs have enough competition in the Western Conference. With the series shifting to Salt Lake City, Gordon Hayward and company will look to put forth a better performance in Game 3 on Saturday. Sportsbooks opened the Warriors as 5.5-point road favorites with a total of 209.

Spurs Moving Forward Without Parker In Game 3

The San Antonio Spurs will be in a playoff game without Tony Parker for the first time since the 2000-01 season when they take the floor for Game 3 of their series with the Houston Rockets Friday. Parker, who has never missed a playoff game during his 16-year career with the Spurs, is out the remainder of the postseason after rupturing his quad in Game 2. Parker was averaging 15.9 points while shooting 53 percent from the field during this postseason.

Cavs In Search Of 10th Consecutive Playoff Victory

Surprise surprise; the Cleveland Cavaliers are really good in the playoffs. Ever since finding themselves down 3-1 in last season's NBA Finals to the Golden State Warriors, LeBron James and company have won nine-straight postseason games while sports an average scoring margin of plus-9.1 points per game. The Cavs look to take a dominant 3-0 series led against the Toronto Raptors with the series shifting north of the border Friday.
