The 2015 College Basketball Invitational Tournament hits the semifinal round this week with Vermont facing Louisiana-Monroe and Loyola-Chicago taking on Seattle, after those four teams all won quarterfinal games on Monday night. Both semifinals are set to tip off at campus sites on Wednesday night.

The winners of those semifinal matchups then move on to the College Basketball Invitational Tournament championship series, which takes place March 30, April 1, and April 3.

After easily winning and covering the spread in their tournament opener the Kansas Jayhawks will be looking to continue their ride through the Midwest Region bracket on Sunday when they take on Wichita State in the Round of 32.

The No. 2 Jayhawks rolled over No. 15 New Mexico State with a 75-56 victory in Omaha on Friday, having no trouble covering the 9.5-point spread for their supporters in that contest. The No. 7 Shockers are coming off an 81-76 win over No. 10 Indiana; they couldn't cover a 6.5-point line.
