The conference tournament schedule rolls on tonight with the start of the West Coast Conference tourney in Las Vegas. The Gonzaga Bulldogs have owned this tournament for years and not surprisingly, they’re big favorite to capture to conference crown again.

The Bulldogs finished with the best record in the conference during the regular season and earned the top seed in the tournament. That means they receive a bye straight to the third round and won’t play their first tournament game until Sunday.

Fourth-ranked Duke visits No. 22 Maryland on Wednesday in an ACC betting tilt that has all college basketball fans lined up to watch tonight on ESPN. The Blue Devils are in the hunt for a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament and a win at Maryland might seal the deal. The Blue Devils have won eight straight overall but they should get a very tough test at Maryland. Duke is listed as a 1 point favorite at Bovada with a total of 148.

College basketball rolls into the final week of the regular season, and for some, the beginning of conference tournament madness.

The big game of the night Monday goes off in the Big East, where West Virginia hosts Georgetown. As of Monday morning the Mountaineers were 6-point favorites over the Hoyas at Bovada, with a total of 137.


Top 25 College Basketball Previews

The lone ranked matchup on the college basketball schedule the next couple of days is a battle between Top 25 bottom feeders, as No. 22 Texas A&M takes on No. 24 Baylor.

The Aggies are actually on a pretty good run for bettors right now, having won five of their last six games while going 6-0 ATS. On Saturday they got past Iowa State 60-56 as a 2.5-point favorite. Khris Middleton led the Aggies with 14 points and Donald Sloan netted 12 points in the win.


Georgetown at Louisville

Georgetown will try and break a two-game losing streak on Tuesday as they travel to face Louisville in a game that can be seen on ESPN 2. The Hoyas are coming off a loss against Syracuse last Thursday while Louisville won at DePaul on Saturday. Georgetown may be ranked 13th in the country but it is Louisville that has a better Big East conference record.

Louisville is 3.5 point favorite.


Big East Betting Preview

The Big East gets the spotlight treatment to start the week, as three ranked teams from the conference take to the hardwood in search of a win.

The lone ranked Big East team in action on Monday is the No. 8 West Virginia Mountaineers, who visits the Connecticut Huskies. West Virginia is coming off an easy 75-63 win over Seton Hall over the weekend as an 11-point favorite. Devin Ebanks and Kevin Jones each netted 16 points in the win.


Wildcats roll into Vanderbilt

There are three big ranked matchups on tap in college basketball this weekend and it all gets started on Saturday with No. 2 Kentucky at No. 17 Vanderbilt.

The Wildcats extended their winning streak to six games on Tuesday night with a close 81-75 overtime win over Mississippi State as a 3-point favorite. Kentucky’s big guns all delivered in the clutch in the victory, as John Wall had 18 points, 10 rebounds and eights assists and DeMarcus Cousins added 19 points and 14 rebounds.
