Ultimate Fighter UFC Betting Odds

MMA betting fans will be treated to a Friday night of action when The Ultimate Fighter Live Finale hits the airwaves. Action is already available on two fights, with the remainder of the card’s lines to follow throughout the week.

The main event of The Ultimate Fighter Live fight card is a closely-handicapped matchup between two of the top Welterweight fighters in the division. Rapidly rising star Jake Ellenberger will look to solidify his future shot at the Welterweight title with a win over the very tough Martin Kampmann.

Oddsmakers at Sportsbook have Ellenberger handicapped as a -220 favorite, while the upset line on Kampmann will pay +180. Ellenberger has been tearing through the top UFC competition and is on a six-fight win streak.

A win against Kampmann will put him next in line to take on the Sportsbook between Carlos Condit and Georges St-Pierre. A win for Kampmann doesn’t necessarily mean a title shot, but it will get him back in the mix and will elevate him into the upper echelon of the division.

MMA betting fans can also get action on the undercard fight between Charles Oliveira and Jonathan Brookins. Both fighters are looking to climb into the Top 10 of the Featherweight division, and oddsmakers at Sportsbook currently have the fight at near-even odds.

Oliveira is a slight -175 favorite, while Brookins will currently pay +135 for the upset. Oliveira has better striking, while it’s Brookins who will likely dominate any grappling portion of the fight. One has to like the cheap price on Oliveira, who was once touted as the future of the Featherweight division.

In The Ultimate Fighter Live final Mike Chiesa vs. Al Iaquinta will be a close one to call. The edge has to go to Iaquinta, who possesses the better striking skills. As long as the price isn’t too expensive he looks like the better option.
