Cowboys at Raiders betting preview

New Raiders coach Dennis Allen, at least publicly, is saying his team is out to win tonight’s preseason opener against visiting Dallas

“We’re going to try to win,” Allen said in a Q&A on the team’s website. “That doesn’t mean we’re going to play our starters for four quarters; we’re trying to win the game. These games, they don’t count, but they matter. If you want to develop a winning attitude the best way is to go out and win games.”

The Raiders opened as a 1.5-point favorites, but were only -1 hours before Monday’s kickoff against the banged-up Cowboys. The total has seen some movement, after Sportsbook at 34. It was sitting at 35 (-115o) at Sportsbook on Monday.
