CFL Betting Odds: Week 13

Edmonton (7-4) finds itself tied for first place in the West, but keeping that spot won’t be easy when they host Montreal (6-5) in the lone Week 13 CFL betting matchup on Friday.

The Alouettes are listed as a slight 1.5-point favorite at 5Dimes on the road against the Eskimos, while the total is sitting at 54.

Montreal fell to league-leading Winnipeg 25-23 last week as an 8-point favorite at home, while that game’s combined score paid out to UNDER bettors in totals betting. The last five Montreal road games have paid out to OVER bettors.

The Eskimos slid into a tie with Calgary for first in the division last week by defeating the Hamilton Tiger-Cats 38-23 as a 4-point road underdog. The 61 points in that game made winners of OVER bettors in totals betting.

In the first of two CFL betting matchups on Saturday it’s a pivotal game between the hometown Roughriders (4-7) and the Lions (5-6), where 5Dimes gives the edge to Saskatchewan as a slight 1.5-point favorite. The game's total is set at 50.

The Roughriders have won three straight, including a 30-20 comeback victory over the Toronto Argonauts last time out as an 8.5-point favorite at home. The 50 points went UNDER that game’s posted total of 50.5.

British Columbia has reeled off four straight wins, but need a victory to stay a game ahead of the Roughriders in the West. The Lions defeated Calgary 32-19 in Week 12 as 4.5-point underdogs. That game’s combined score went UNDER the posted total of 52 set by oddsmakers.

In the late Saturday night CFL betting contest it’s the league-best Winnipeg Blue Bombers (8-3) as 3-point favorites at 5Dimes when they travel to Toronto to face the league-worst Argonauts (2-9). The game’s total is sitting at 49.

The Blue Bombers are 8-2-1 ATS and a small spread against the lowly Argonauts could shift most of the attention toward Winnipeg in this contest. Eight of the Blue Bombers' games have also paid out to UNDER bettors.

Calgary (7-4) tries to keep its stranglehold on the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (5-6) on the road in the only CFL betting action on Sunday. 5Dimes sees this game too close with it being labelled a pick’em on the CFL betting lines. The total is set at 53.5.
