WWE’s biggest event is quickly approaching with WrestleMania 38 taking place next weekend in a two-night event on April 2-3 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Last year, WrestleMania 37 took place in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium in front of an audience of 25,000.
There will be a couple of the biggest titles on the line in the company’s biggest event of the year. Will any titles change hands or will all the champs remain so come Monday Night Raw? I have a preview and a prediction for each of those fights.
WrestleMania 38 Betting Odds
Taking a quick look at the four major championship bouts, the WrestleMania 38 betting odds have Bianca Belair (-500) as the biggest favorite to maintain the Raw women’s championship over Becky Lynch (+300). This means that you would have to wager $500 to profit $100 with a Belair victory while a $100 bet on Lynch would profit you $300.

Looking at the WrestleMania 38 betting odds, our sports betting calculator tells us that Belair’s -500 betting line represents an implied win probability of 83.33 percent, while Lynch’s +300 odds have an implied win probability of 25.00 percent.
Bianca Belair (C) vs Becky Lynch – WWE Raw Women’s Championship
Winner | Odds |
---|---|
Bianca Belair | -280 |
Becky Lynch | +185 |
Odds as of April 1 at Bovada
Belair’s path to stardom has been quite fast since winning the Royal Rumble match in 2021 after eliminating Rhea Ripley. It was not soon after at WrestleMania 37 that Belair got her opportunity to win the gold strap as she took on Sasha Banks for the SmackDown women’s championship. Belair got the win and has defended her title multiple times since then but faces a stiff test with Lynch at WrestleMania 38.
Lynch had the SmackDown women’s championship between 2016 and 2018, before eventually coming over to Raw where she was able to secure a Raw women’s championship by defeating Lacey Evans. Lynch has had a tremendous career and should not be counted out in this one. Belair, though, continues to gain popularity and being the biggest favorite in the major title bouts, I think she remains champion.
Prediction: Bianca Belair (-280)
Roman Reigns (C) vs Brock Lesnar – WWE Championship
Winner | Odds |
---|---|
Roman Reigns (C) | -500 |
Brock Lesnar | +300 |
Odds as of April 1 at Bovada
It feels like Brock Lesnar has been around forever, and when he is here, he is always competing for a world championship. This Lesnar vs Reigns rivalry dates back to SummerSlam in 2021, where Lesnar confronted Reigns after defeating John Cena. After Lesnar won the Royal Rumble, he was gifted the challenge of facing Reigns for the WWE world championship at WrestleMania 38.
Reigns has been the cream of the crop since entering the WWE and earning the world heavyweight championship back in 2015. It’s been an incredible journey for Reigns, as he is most deserving of the favorite slot in this matchup. Lesnar and Reigns will finally get a chance to put their hands on each other after their matchup on New Year’s Day was cancelled when Reigns tested positive for COVID-19. I think Reigns gets it done in tremendous fashion.
We had Reigns at -340, and the odds have jumped up all the way to -500. It's a steep price so parlaying it with another fight would be recommended.
Prediction: Roman Reigns (-500)
Charlotte Flair (C) vs Ronda Rousey – WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship
Winner | Odds |
---|---|
Ronda Rousey | -700 |
Charlotte Flair | +400 |
Odds as of April 1 at Bovada
It is not often you see the current champ as a 4:1 underdog against the challenger, but Ronda Rousey has that firepower. Ronda has faced the elite of the elite in women’s WWE, earning the Raw women’s title back in 2018-19, where she fended off Nikki Bella, Mickie James, Nia Jax, Natalya and Sasha Banks.
This will be Rousey and Flair’s second matchup after Rousey was awarded the win in their first matchup via disqualification after Flair attacked her with a metal chair back when Rousey was champ in 2018. Then, we all know what happened at Rousey’s return when she eliminated Flair en route to winning the Royal Rumble and earning a shot at the title.
Rousey is an absolute beast and a fan favorite at that. When a challenger is -700 to beat a champion, the oddsmakers aren’t giving the champ much of a chance. I’ll take Rousey to win the SmackDown strap and make her presence known on the biggest stage that the WWE has to offer.
Prediction: Ronda Rousey (-700)
