Guys & Bets (Episode 226): Football Friday with Four Bowl Picks and Three NFL Picks

After a brief hiatus for the holiday season, Guys & Bets is back for a Football Friday episode to get you set for the weekend. Joe Osborne is joined by Harry Gagnon and Pamela Maldonado to break down their favorite picks from this weekend's board across the NFL and college football landscape.

The massive football weekend is headlined by the two national semifinal games in college football and Harry gets us started right there. There may not be a more intriguing game as Clemson battles Ohio State in the first semifinal and since a little scare against UNC, the Tigers have steamrolled everyone. Ohio State isn't just "everyone", however, and this could prove to be one of the most thrilling postseason games this season and Harry's got a call on a side here.

In the other semifinal game, Joe Burrow and the LSU Tigers clash with Jalen Hurts and the Oklahoma Sooners. With two of the more productive quarterbacks and offenses in the Nation, the total is sky-high for a reason, but will that deter Harry from the OVER?

The college football postseason action doesn't stop there and Pamela joins the show to break down two of her favorite plays from the weekend as well. There's a very interesting matchup in the Holiday Bowl as the Pac-12's USC Trojans meet the Big Ten's Iowa Hawkeyes Friday night and Pamela has a spread bet lined up for this one.

Pamela's second pick is from a Saturday game as the Notre Dame Fighting Irish meet the Iowa State Cyclones in the Camping World Bowl and she's got a side in this one as well.

Finally, it's over to Week 17 of the NFL calendar and Joe's picks to conclude the regular season. He's got a spread pick over in the NFC West as as the San Francisco 49ers visit the Seattle Seahawks and a spread bet in the AFC West with the Kansas City Chiefs hosting the Los Angeles Chargers.Joe's final pick is in the AFC North as he eyes up the total with the Pittsburgh Steelers visiting the Baltimore Ravens in a game where, sadly, Lamar Jackson and a slew of other Pro Bowlers likely will not feature.

As always, the show wraps up with a Q&A session for our viewers, so if there’s anything you’ve always wanted to ask, you should be joining us live every week day at noon ET on our YouTube channel!
