2021 KBO Betting Report

While Major League Baseball was on hiatus due to health concerns regarding COVID-19, baseball bettors shifted their attention to the Korea Baseball Organization. Unlike MLB, however, KBO handicappers have limited resources to help them analyze games. BUT we’re here to help.

While there’s a handful of sites that offer player and team stats, I’m proud to present Odds Shark’s KBO betting report. This report will be updated daily and will provide the full-game moneyline and runline profits for each team, as well as OVER/UNDER and first-five moneyline records.

While overall team performance along with home and road results should be a major factor in your handicapping, keep in mind that each matchup still needs to be analyzed individually. Always start with the starting pitching matchup and bullpens along with the recent form of each offense and how they’re hitting against lefties and righties. With not many household names playing in the KBO, it’s also important to keep track of which important players are out with injuries.

How these tables work

It’s pretty simple. The full-game moneyline section outlines each team’s overall, home, away and last 10 games records with the profit (or lack thereof) in brackets beside each record. The profit is based on $100 bets for every game. The OVER/UNDER table is laid out in the same way, but instead of profit in brackets, each team’s average combined score is displayed.

Below this, you can see how profitable each team has been as a runline bet along with the percentage of their wins and losses that have been by two or more runs. The report concludes with each team’s first five innings record.
