We're back in Japan for Game 2 of the Cubs vs Dodgers Tokyo Series on Wednesday morning. This will be our first look at young phenom Roki Sasaki, so set your alarms to catch his outing and lock in your props now.

I've compiled Cubs vs Dodgers player and team trends with help from Outlier, as well as two MLB prop picks below for March 19th's Tokyo Series Game 2:

Taking the above trends alongside some more in-depth handicapping, here is a pick I'm focused on for today's Tokyo Series Game 2:

LAD's Miguel Rojas OVER 0.5 Hits (-115 at Sportsbook)

Miguel Rojas hit .260 against lefties last year and has a hit in six career at-bats against Cubs starter Justin Steele. Rojas also notched a hit in Game 1 of this Tokyo Series, and should get the start in Game 2 with Mookie Betts out.

Rojas is also a guy who has a hit in four of his last five road games.

LAD's Roki Sasaki UNDER 4.5 Strikeouts (-115 at Sportsbook)

The historical trends aren't going to help us with any Sasaki bets today, as this is his first career MLB start. But, I think it's pretty safe to take the UNDER on Sasaki's Ks in this one. The young Japanese hurler hasn't pitched more than four innings or 46 pitches in a spring game this year and we just saw the Dodgers be very careful with Yoshi Yamamoto in Game 1, pulling him after just five innings despite a strong showing. I think we'll see the early pull on Sasaki in Game 2, as well, holding him under these Ks.

Sasaki will also have a tough time against this Cubs lineup with his signature splitter. Guys like Nico Hoerner, Ian Happ, and Kyle Tucker all had basically neutral or positive run values against the pitch.
