YRFI/NRFI Picks For Today: Zack Wheeler 11-0 NRFI

Nobody waits a full game for MLB prop bets to hit. Instead, you're better off scrolling this page and locking in your Y/NRFI MLB picks.

Here are my two Y/NRFI bets for Tuesday, May 28:

Pick 1: Blue Jays vs White sox: No Run First Inning (-120)

Matchup Preview - Game Time: 7:40 pm ET

We've got some juicy data for this NRFI bet. Firstly, the White Sox are an extraordinarily reliable NRFI club, sporting a 37-17 NRFI record. That number becomes more decisive at home, where Chicago is 22-6 NRFI. Oie, lucky fans.

Meanwhile, the Blue Jays are already decently reliable at 30-22 NRFI. Toronto has seen three consecutive NRFI bets hit, and Sox starter Mike Clevinger should shut the Jays down in the first inning again. The right-hander has allowed just one first-inning run in four starts this year.

With Kevin Gausman slinging it on the other end (check him out in our same-game parlay), the first frame will be nice and quiet for our bet to hit.

Pick 2: Phillies vs Giants: No Run First Inning (-130)

Matchup Preview - Game Time: 9:45 pm ET

Happy Zack Wheeler day, NRFI bettors! There's nothing better.

Wheeler is "La Makina" for NRFI plays, as his 11-0 NRFI record represents the best stat line in MLB. Not only is Wheeler perfect in the first inning, he's allowed just eight first-inning baserunners in 11 starts. The right-hander is the NL Cy Young favorite, so we can stay quiet with him. The Phillies offense is our only threat.

Philly has been hot over the last two weeks, yet they've remained 28-26 NRFI. Given how reliable Wheeler is, it's worth a stab on the NRFI at decent -130 odds.
