MLB HR Props May 29th

MLB Home Run Props For May 29: Back Bobby

Hump day? No, it's dinger day. So, I'm looking for a few MLB home run prop winners for Wednesday May 29th.

I've got two AL Central bombers I'm honing in on today, finding a few hot bats facing off against some suspect pitching. Here are my two home run prop picks for May 29th:

Pick 1: Bobby Witt Jr. To Homer (+390)

Royals vs Twins Matchup Preview - Game Time: 7:41 pm ET

Bobby Witt Jr. has everything I look for in a home run prop these days. For starters, he's hot right now, posting a .900 OPS with two homers in his last 27 at-bats (a week of games).

And, Witt has a great edge over his opposing starter tonight, Bailey Ober. Witt has faced off against Ober 13 times, registering seven hits, including a homer, and a 1.077 OPS.

And, finally, Ober has been prone to opposing homers lately. The Twins starter has allowed a home run in four of his last five starts.

I'm backing Bobby to go yard but I also like the Royals as a general pick here, too. Kansas City has Seth Lugo pitching tonight, and he's been lights out this season.

Pick 2: Jose Ramirez To Homer (+300)

Guardians vs Rockies Matchup Preview - Game Time: 8:41 pm ET

Stay hot Jose. The Guardians star slugger has four homers and 12 RBI in the last week (23 at-bats). His 1.087 OPS is the second-highest among all hitters over the last week, behind only Corey Seager.

Ramirez has the chance to keep hitting dingers today as he faces off against Rockies starter Ty Blach, in Colorado. We all know how the ball flies in the Rockies and Blach has given up three homers across his last two starts (9.2 innings pitched).
