    Hill has impressive career numbers vs Atlanta

    Veteran lefty Rich Hill (3-4, 4.26 ERA) looks to remain undefeated in his career vs the Braves. The Massachusetts native has made six starts against Atlanta over his 13-year career and has a 4-0 record with a sparkling 2.04 ERA -- his clubs are 5-1 SU in those games. The 38-year-old has better stats in road games vs his home starts this season, as he has a 3.86 road ERA and has surrendered five fewer earned runs compared to his home starts.

    It’s really a dealer’s choice when Hill makes a road start, as he's shown flashes of brilliance like in his last outing vs Milwaukee when he tossed six innings of one-run ball. However, in his road start before that, he gave up four runs in seven innings against San Diego. This trend has continued all through the season having one strong outing followed by a so-so one.

    Sanchez is Strong at home but not getting wins

    The Braves hand the ball to Anibal Sanchez (5-2, 2.76 ERA) with hopes his impressive home numbers will carry-over into the second half. The 34-year-old makes his sixth start at SunTrust Park this season and he holds a 1.99 ERA thus far. Despite allowing just seven earned runs in six appearances at home, the Braves are just 3-3 SU over that span. Atlanta has scored more than four runs at home with Sanchez on the mound just once this year.

    According to our Pitcher Money Won table, Sanchez has been one of the most profitable pitchers this season, earning bettors a profit of $596 based on $100 bets on each of his starts in 2018. The Venezuela native picked up a road victory over the Dodgers earlier this season, tossing 5.1 innings, allowing just two earned runs on three hits in a 5-3 Braves victory.

    Braves are perfect as runline underdogs when Sanchez starts

    With the Braves Sportsbook as +115 underdogs in tonight’s clash, Sportsbook has their +1.5 runline Sportsbook at -140.
