Y/NRFI picks are your new best friend if you want instant MLB action. Personally, I hate waiting for my bets to hit, so I'm all in on this popular betting format.
Here are my two Y/NRFI picks for Friday, June 14:
Pick 1: Phillies vs Orioles: Yes run First inning (-115)
Matchup Preview - Game Time: 7:05 pm ET
Ranger Suarez is one of baseball's best these days, but he's no angel in the first inning. Not only does the left-hander have a pedestrian 3.46 ERA, but he's also a 9-4 NRFI, so there's some wiggle room for a bet.
Baltimore owns a disappointing first-inning offense (.231 BA), but they've got some studs at the top of the lineup who can crack left-handed pitching. And the Phils are monsters in the first frame. Kyle Schwarber slugs .600 in the first inning, while Bryce Harper's .300/.444/.460 slash also plays big.
If the O's don't crack Suarez, the Phillies will get to Kyle Bradish.

Pick 2: Guardians vs Blue Jays: No Run First Inning (-115)
Matchup Preview - Game Time: 7:07 pm ET
The Blue Jays are famously quiet at home. They recently snapped a 29-game first-inning scoreless drought, but any YRFI successes have come on the road. Now at home against a club like the Guardians, Toronto's bats will stay silenced, at least for the first three outs.
The Jays are batting .192 in the first, while the Guardians aren't much better at .196. Neither offense seems capable of making a big splash in the first, and Kevin Gausman (10-3 NRFI) and Logan Allen (10-3 NRFI) will ensure we get in and get out with a winning bet.
