Let's kick off the week with a winning MLB same-game parlay today.
I'm honing in on the Red Sox vs Astros game — maybe a sneaky ALCS preview? I'm fading Yusei Kikuchi and Houston in this +256 parlay.

Red Sox vs Astros Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Red Sox ML
Last time the Astros and Red Sox met, earlier this month, Houston swept away Boston. But, the Red Sox didn't get a crack at Yusei Kikuchi in that series. Against current Boston batters, Kikuchi has allowed a career .327 average and 1.061 OPS. Kikuchi has allowed 15 total runs in his last three starts against the Red Sox (13.2 IP), losing all three games for his team.
Red Sox SP Tanner Houck, on the other hand, pitches well against Houston. He's held current Astros batters to a .158 career average and .445 OPS. In his last two starts against the Astros, he's allowed just four total runs. Last time out he pitched six innings and let up a single score.
Red Sox vs Astros Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Red Sox First 5 ML
Since I'm backing the starting pitching matchup to give Boston an edge here, it makes sense I'm also on the F5 for this contest. But, there's more to it than Houck>Kikuchi. The Sox are the second-best F5 team in baseball, cashing +7.6 units in the ML market this season. The Astros are -8.6 units in the same market.
Houston's Yusei Kikuchi is also one of the worst F5 pitchers this season, worth -6.5 units in the market.
Red Sox vs Astros Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Refsnyder O 0.5 Hits
This prop is a bet on the platoon splits. Refsnyder is a pretty average player overall, but he absolutely mashes lefties. Against LHPs like Kikuchi, Refsnyder has a .304 average this season and .943 OPS. In eight career at-bats against Kikuchi, Refsnyder does also have three hits for a .375 average and .819 OPS.
He's also hitting .286 this month with a .930 OPS. Refsnyder has hits in five of his last six games.
I thought about going OVER 1.5 total bases here, but Refsnyder has failed to exceed 1.5 total bases in eight of his last 10 games per Outlier betting data. The UNDER 1.5 TB is -190.
