Phillies vs Blue Jays

MLB Same-Game Parlay Today : Blue Jays vs White Sox (+400)

Gear up for another MLB same-game parlay, this time for a Tuesday, May 28 matchup between the Blue Jays and White Sox. First pitch is scheduled for 7:40 p.m. ET.

Here's my MLB same-game parlay for this late-night showdown, where I analyze three parlay legs:

Blue Jays vs White Sox Same-Game Parlay: May 28

The Game: Blue Jays vs White Sox - 7:40 p.m. ET

BetOdds
Kevin Gausman OVER 6.5 Strikeouts-105
Bo Bichette OVER 1.5 total bases-110
Blue Jays runline -1.5-130
Overall+400

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Gausman OVER 6.5 Strikeouts

I would've loved this total even more at 5.5 strikeouts, but, alas, nothing is perfect. Instead, I'll settle for the OVER 6.5 strikeouts and accept the -105 value as my reward for the risk.

Gausman should be fine to hit this number. He tapped into his strikeout stuff last time around, K'ing seven hitters through four innings and whiffing 10 Tigers hitters in total. The Sox own the ninth-highest strikeout rate in MLB (23.4%), and Chris Bassitt carved Chicago yesterday for seven Ks in five innings.

All signs point toward an OVER for the split king.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Bichette OVER 1.5 Total Bases (-110)

Bichette is locked into contact mode, and Blue Jays fans will know exactly what that means. The shortstop is free-swinging but connected on everything, slicing balls down the line and smashing hanging breaking balls to the wall.

The 26-year-old homered yesterday, marking a fantastic 17-game stretch, where he's hit three dingers, produced 12 RBIs, and crafted a .947 OPS. The .358 BA is the key here, as even if Bo doesn't smash extra-base hits, he can pick up multiple singles against a thin White Sox pitching staff.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Blue Jays runline (-130)

The Blue Jays seem down very bad, but we can't be fading them on a regular against the White Sox. That's just cruel. At the end of the day, Toronto is a way better club, and the offense has come alive over the last few games.

But here's why we might worry: the Blue Jays have one of the worst bullpens in the league. The squad ranks 28th in MLB with a 4.95 ERA. Luckily for Toronto (and this is why I recommend this bet), the Jays 'pen is rested and ready to go. Yimi Garcia and Jordan Romano will both be available to help lock down that pesky runline when the time comes.
