We've got a winning MLB same-game parlay for you this Thursday.
This time, we're tackling the Red Sox vs Guardians game at 1:10 p.m. ET in Cleveland. Here's my MLB same-game parlay for the contest, where I break down the three parlay legs I need to hit:
Red Sox vs Guardians Same-Game Parlay: April 25
The Game: Red Sox vs Guardians - 1:10 p.m. ET
Bet | Odds |
---|---|
Guardians ML | -165 |
Steven Kwan OVER 0.5 Total Bases | -245 |
OVER 7.5 Runs | -105 |
Overall | +240 |
Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Guardians ML (-165)
Cleveland is cooking. The Guardians have quietly played flawless baseball over the last few weeks, churning out a 17-7 record, the second-best record in MLB behind only the Braves.
Josh Naylor and Steven Kwan are leading the offense, while the club's excellent defense and bullpen hold things together. Basically, the Guardians are the opposite of the Red Sox, who are banged up and teetering on a losing streak.
Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Kwan OVER 0.5 total Bases (-245)
For starters, Kwan has a hit in 18 of 23 games this season, delivering a 78% OVER rate. This fits his -250 odds quite well. He's been excellent this season, and his .347 BA speaks to that level of consistency.
Chase Anderson is on the hill Thursday for the Sox, and I firmly believe he's one of the worst pitchers in baseball. From 2020-2023, Anderson owned a 6.19 ERA and 9.5 H/9. A contact hitter like Kwan will feast.
Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: OVER 7.5 Runs (-105)
Shockingly, Guardians OVERs are 14-8-2 this season, and the total has gone OVER 7.5 runs in Triston McKenzie's last two starts. Something has been up with the Guardians starter lately, as he's walked 15 batters this season compared to just 11 strikeouts.
I figure McKenzie's inconsistency mixed with Anderson's propensity for full-frontal suckage makes this a safe OVER bet.
