Top pitching prospect Josiah Gray made his major league debut last night, going four innings and striking out seven. Gray allowed only four hits in his first appearance, but three of them were home runs.

Mookie Betts did not start for the third consecutive game last night. By the time Will Smith hit the dramatic walk-off home run, the Dodgers were without Justin Turner and Max Muncy as well. Both were taken out of the game after being plunked by Alex Wood pitches.
